Does medicine really expire? Such as pills... pain killer pills?

It is not that simple to get 800 Mg of Ibuprofen over the counter. I believe it has to come in a presription. I got it when i was in the Military. No prescription needed.

Yes they do expire. Some fail to work others can cause reactions. The bottle should have a date on it some where, but if you can't find it, dump them in the toilet and go buy some ibuprofen in the store.

they do have expiration dates. i would toss them. 3-4 is pushing it. usually they are only good for 1-2 years.
i would assume they loose their effectiveness after a while

The bottle should have an expiration date on it. Taking the medication should not hurt you but it may not be as effective because you have had it for so long.

I don't think it will hurt you...if it doesn't work, it will just ....not work.
