Yes, report it...depending on your states law Adderal is a dangerous drug and she can be arrested. She will spend a little time in jail and have to go to court over it....plus if she is convicted of the crime it will be easier for a possible custody battle later on (I am evil)....

You'd be wasting your time as the police will not investigate it. You are forgetting that she is still legally your wife. Therefore, you cannot bare witness against and she cannot bare witness against you. If you try to do anything now, nothing will come of it. However, if your divorce is imminent, you could wait until the Decree Absolute and then report it. Once the Decree has been sealed, she is no longer your wife and you can therefore be called as a witness in any case against her. However, if I were you, I wouldn't bother as all you will do is make your divorce harder, she will retaliate and before you know it, all your dirt will become public. Anything that you have done wrong at work and your employer will find out etc. etc. She will raise the stakes so it takes at least another two years or more before you are legally split. If you have any kids, you will also cause much trauma to them as they grow to hate their mother and father for all the stupid fighting. Remember, if you have kids, you need to keep your future ex-wife happy as you will need to have lots of contact with her and that contact is always best if it's friendly.

Yes you can file a police report ,but unless they catch her with the medication they can't even force a drug test on her.Call her probation officer and tell him -he can order a drug test and if the drugs are found in her system she will be charged with theft of a controlled substance and face charges.Drug theft is the most unreported crime we face and it needs to be changed.Drugs are a major problem in our society-even prescription drugs
