Is it weird to have one collar bone stick out a lot more than the other one? Does that indicate some sort of health problem or is it normal?

Yes, it can be totally normal. None of us are totally symmetrical. One foot is slightly larger than the other, so is one hand, etc.

One other thing that might make one side of your collarbone more noticeable than the other is if you have a back curvature (scoliosis). This is common in many people and, in most cases, requires no treatment.

If you are worried about your collarbone, please see your doctor.
