There are many things that can help with allergies. Of course, the first and easiest things would be air filtration systems. Since you say you've tried everything, I assume you've already tried that and it hasn't worked well enough. If so, you may need to use a more efficient filter (HEPA filters are typically preferred) and you may need better seals against the outside allergens.
Another option is natural products to help nourish their lungs so they won't get as much of an effect from the allergens. One thing that surprises a lot of people is that simple antioxidants (like vitamin C) are good for allergies, so oftentimes a little extra orange juice or vitamin C pill are very effective in helping the immune system to minimize the effect.
We also have an allergy combination for "healthy breathing year-round" that include Terminalia Chebula (Gooseberry), Terminalia Chebula, Terminalia Bellerica, Albizia Lebbeck (Frywood), Ginger, Piper Longum, and Piper Nigrum. There are also general respiratory health products like N-Acetyl Cysteine, Quercetin, Bromelain, Nettle Root (not leaf), Black Cohosh, and Licorice Root (not the candy).
Natural products are usually preferred over drugs because they are healthier and have no general side effects, whereas drugs always have a good list of side effects. However, the biggest problem is that general supplement's doses are recommended for adults age 18 and over.... typically, you should ask a doctor (preferably one that knows about supplements) what the proper dose for your children would be.
