In resturaunts and other public bathrooms, the freekikng toliet paper is on the wall like below your a**. How are you to reach that? You have to lean over and reach down to get some paper?

lol. never noticed it. I'm just grateful when there IS toilet paper. I usually pick the stall that has none and I don't realize it until it's too late.

i am not sure, i guess its becaue some public places are too stupid to realise: "Oh we need to put it higher!" but since i am young i dont really care.
