None other than having to buy wide sized shoes, they say that FF start hurting after long walks or standing long periods but mine will hurt just like any other normal person. No big deal in my opinion I'm 40 now.

Walking or standing on my feet for long periods result in very painful heels and I need to sit or lie down and elevate them. My heels swell and go red.

never had that problem, but had a pet once that suffered from flat feet naturally! Couldn't find a pair of Dr. Scholls foot pads that would fit his feets, and getting him to soak his feet in warm water with Epson Salts was out of the question, he wanted to swim around in the tub of salty water. It was real easy to track him through the mudflats, he left a well known signature with his flat feet.

You'd have to be blind in one eye and can't see out of the other to miss his prints.
