If smoking is such a danger why no government in the world has banned cigarette selling in their countries? The fact is that no proof that cigarette kills. Our grand fathers smoked at ages above 70.

They are setting it up to make more next time around. Note tobacco will be under FDA for the first time in history. Watch what happens next. Hint tobacco companies and government were making a daily fortune splitting up the 50 cent a pack price, how much you think they are making now?
Why is evil tobacco enjoying the best, most profitable business model ever? Are we rewarding bad behavior?

Yeah, but, if you add up the amount of people who've been affected by cancer as a result of cigerettes,,due to their own use or second hand smoke,,i'm sure u'd understand where people's concerns stem from......
I mean, not all people die,,from smoking,,because most over come their illnesses,,due to better healthcare and modern medicine and treatments,,but, i'm sure it's gotta be miserable for those attached to a breathing machine or speaking through a microphone,,for the rest of their lives........

I'm not sure where you got your numbers, but I noticed that your number for tobacco is higher than any of the other things. Only the number for "poor diet" comes anywhere close. Was that a mistake or what?

i guess we have to start with the obvious..
smoking not only kills people but the second hand smoke is not good for the other people who are subjected to it..
there is other programs for the above mentioned causes of death.
I have heard a lot of people say they wished they never started smoking or chewing tobacco products..
but I have never heard anyone who quit say they wished they had not quit...
better to not have started this destructive habit..but I smoked for 20 years...and now I have not smoke for over 22 years..yes there is life without smoking...life goes on..and the longer you are off the coffin nails...you will be glad to get rid of this monkey on your back..and it is an addiction...

Because smoking, unlike diet, alcoholism, suicide, etc not only effects the person doing it, but others around them. It also has a known link to health risks and when insurance companies pay out big bucks to hospitalize someone, everyone's premium goes up.
So, it not just the"smoking" its the broader picture.
Personally, I could care less if someone wants to do it themselves, but when it effects everyone, that's another story. And,,,,,,,,,,, yes, I've been known to partake myself.
