What does it mean that sometimes when i go to the toilet and come off after only a wee,,i feel the need to go again straight after. Then when i do, only like a drop comes out and im left,how should i put this, needing it again and again!

Could be prostate (if you are male) could be UTI or bladder infection if you are male or female. Go see your doctor. Only he/she can diagnose this problem.~

You might have a Urinary Tract Infection. If you wipe back to front you're most likely to have it. A UTI is when bacteria from the rectum goes towards the vagina which causes the infection. Go get checked out by the doctor.

you may either have a bladder/kidney infection - or perhaps the urethra itself (where the urine comes out) is irritated for some reason - sometimes soaps can irritate it. try to drink plenty of water to wash yourself out, and avoid soaps, for awhile, and see if that works. then see a doctor if it doesn't.

probably means you have a bladder infection, time to see a doctor and have your urine tested.

prostate problem, go to the doctor he will give u medication, it is swollen. IT IS SWOLLEN.
