Adderall will show up on a drug test but not as cocaine since it isn't cocaine. It can be mistaken for meth though.

Adderall is an amphetamine, and so, won't so up on a cocaine test. However, if they are testing for amphetamines, it will. If you have a legtimate prescription for it, it won't be a big deal.

odds are that if the pharmacy said it wont then that is your answer. Its their job to know stuff like that.
