Soft stools, or more so liquid stools? Might need more protien in your diet.

If you mean, "what do the words "soft stools" mean?" the answer is soft poop.
If you mean, "Is it good or bad to have soft poop?" It's wonderful!! Who wants hard rocks??!!lol Soft stools (poop) are very healthy.

it means easy flowing stools- not too much effort to have a bowel movement. Loose stools are when it is not normal, not formed. Hard stools are very formed and difficult to pass, even constipation.
