I have been so sick lately that I just don't see the point of continuing. I have no prognosis for getting better. My neck is so shot that it won't stay in place anymore and I can't get the Doctors to do anything about it. It creates so many physical issues that I am barely able to get moving some days.

I can't end my own life but I ask God to take me home almost daily.

Can anyone give me a ray of hope to cling too?

Several years ago, I was diagnosed with what my doctor at the time identified as a "left bundle branch block". She told me this was not a severe or life-altering condition, it was probably congenital, and unlike a "right bundle branch block" which can be severe, a left one is not a serious issue at all.

I've have issues with breathing properly, exercise intolerance, pounding pulses, and fatigue. So a new doctor checked it out, and discovered I now have a murmur, which I've never had before and told me that I have a "right bundle branch block", and that a left one can be a worrisome issue, but a right one is not.

What the heck? Which one is right? When I looked online, everything seems to say a right branch block is worse than a left, and I've been by 2 doctors that my block is opposing sides?
So what gives? One Dr. obviously doesn't know what they are going on about, and I have an echo & doppler scheduled next week.

But how hard can it be to tell which side this is??

I got light-headed during a dissection due to my medications and the fact that the room was pretty warm. The Dr (DVM, actually) told me to sit with my head bewteen my knees. Why do you do that? What helps it?

I am 20 years old and for the last two years have gotten a pain on my right Pelvic region. The pain usually occurs when I put weight on it or do physical activity, it feels like it is sticking. I also developed this strange red rash over the area, it doesn't itch or hurt it is just there? Also I went to the hospital for lower abdominal pain that got worse every time I had a bowel movement and they did MRI's and and ultrasound of my ovaries and didn't find anything. Yesterday I went to the doctor for severe pain when I urinated and they told me I had an infection, also he felt over my pelvic region and told me that it felt like I had an inflamed muscle, but he wasn't sure how to treat it, "just stretch I guess". Like I said I have had this problem for 2 years!! Around the time of my menstrual cycle every couple of months I start having problems. Also I have been getting lots of headaches lately. So I am wondering should I go to another doctor? And if I do I would like to have...

I was reading Scarlet's question about quitting smoking. she quit and needed some words of encouragement. After reading her question and answering it made me think, the cigarette I'm puffing on right now only leaves 3 and I'm broke. Wheres the piggy bank. But I want to stop. I am a closet smoker, my family and fiancee think I stopped, and I'm good about hiding it. But I'm only killing myself. I am a very bad asthamtic almost died a few times. But as soon as I get discharged from the hospital, I can't wait to get to that 1st drag of a cigerette. I have said I quit before and can hold off for a day or so and then right back to that nasty habit. So whats to say I won't fail this time? I want to stop--beside the asthma, I am 41, on birth control pills. I just get bored and want something to do. I once heard that quitting smoking is as hard as quitting herion. The same chemical changes happens in the brain. I believe it. Anybody out there have any success stories to share
