I don't quite understand the question. Your grammar is AWFUL. IF you are saying your child has a broken hand, you need to take them to the emergency room. The longer you wait the more suspicious it looks. Accidents happen, but if you don't have the common sense to take your child in when they have serious injuries, you need parenting classes anyway. Children cannot take care of themselves. That is your job. Your child could have serious issues with the hand if not treated properly in a timely manner. Good luck both to you and that poor innocent child...

If it's your child, take it to the doctor. If it's someone else's child, call the police and file an anonymous complaint and ask for assistance. Department of Children's Services should be called on this one. Don't ignore the problem, you may be the only person who can help that poor child.

Do you mean you have caused the injury to your childs hand and you don't want a doctor or hospital to know anything about it, but you want to know what you can do for the child yourself? I'm sorry your question is not clear to me.

Contact the police and/or Child Protective Services, you can report it without leaving your name, they will check it out.
No child should go around with untreated broken bones because the parents don't want others to know about it.

Are you the adult?
Does the childs hand need medical assistance?
Then be the adult and get the child some
medical assistance whether the child wants it or not.
CYS may be able to help.

Take your child to the emergency room. They will give him/her a cast. If you don't have the money to pay for the bill, you can make payments. The ER cannot turn you away.
