when i press on it i feel a bone. why is there an indent there?

Dimples, which are traditionally considered "cute", are, in actuality, holes or indentations in musculature. They can be a genetic trait passed on through a family or just random flukes and they're not often something that requires medical attention. I wouldn't worry about yours unless they were getting larger or you started experiencing pain or discomfort in the area that they're located.

You are LUCKY to have 'dimples' at the back of your shoulders ... but are you overweight, underweight, or 'just the right weight'? The 'dimples' on your shoulders are NOT 'normal' and your weight has much to do with your ability to 'feel them.' If you are overweight, you need to diet and exercise. If you are underweight, you need to diet and exercise. If you are just the right weight, you need to diet and exercise. Gee ... since it's the same 'treatment' (only varying in calories taken in and burned), I suggest that you 'diet and exercise' and if your 'dimples' are 'bad' they'll go away, and if they're 'just natural' for you, they'll look really good.
