Hi get a heating pad, lay your neck and shoulder on it . and concentrate on breathing. Inhaling though your nose while your lower abs is expending, exhaling though your mouth while your abs shrinking, just do it slowly. By doing this it will help to open up to ease your body's energy flow , in term to reduce your symptoms and to improve your health conditions. don't forget to drink water too. or you can buy heat pads to stick on the stiff area where are the most sensitive when you press down on it .
of course there are many way to get help, it is most nature way to start here. i like to see you to try the method first.

I know how you feel, but if you think you have the strictest mom ever, you don't!! I grew up with an abusive mom, and when I was a teen, not only was I not allowed to go out with friends, I wasn't allowed to have any friends, except one. And I couldn't escape by going to school because my mom was my taught me at home! I was so thankful to escape the abuse at night when I could go to sleep. Sometimes that was the worst time of all, though. I would plug my ears as hard as I could to try to not hear her screaming and cursing at my poor dad. Just before I turned 15, I came to Jesus, and he has been the best Friend I could ever ask for! He loves me so much! I know that no matter what happens, he will always be with me and love me. If you want him, he will be your Everything. He loves you so much! He gave up everything to die for you. He's been waiting for you your whole life! You can come to him right where you are. Just Believe he died on the cross for your sins and ask him to forgive you. If you give him your heart, he will never let you down! If you want to be his, you have to be willing to give up anything that comes between you and him, but it's so worth it! Because he will give you far more than you could ever give up. There's a great youtube called Everything Skit, by Lifehouse. I hope you like it! P.S. Jesus helped me forgive my mom. I really love her now!

You should have seen a doctor a long time ago. I'm no expert but to me, it appears that either 1. you have a mild form of epilepsy that is causing the twitching or 2. it's an early stage of Parkinson's disease. Good luck with the doctor.

Just go to the doctor. You'll live until Friday. Any advice you get here will be unprofessional and unhelpful anyway. Hang in there and see someone who knows what they are talking about. Good luck!

I will give only one suggestion, because it is all I know: Akinesia is sometimes caused by some sedatives. (akinesia is rocking movements etc.)
Akithesia is sometimes cause by SSRI antidepressants e.g. prozac, unless another drug is give at the same time to counteract it. (Akithesia is a general kind of mental distress which can be very very upsetting.)

Go to the emergency room ASAP!! I had to go Saturday morning because of some other persistent, painful symptoms. Go now. Please don't wait. Let them run tests to find out what's wrong with you.
