You need to get those lights that simulate actual sunny light & have that on you in the winter months. I have found that I feel much better with brighter colors on my walls at home helps me not feel so down. I painted my kitchen & front room in a light bright yellow, my bedroom is in a light coral color.

I've tried Lexapro and it did alright, but not quite enough. I think we'll either change drugs or at least up the dose for this year.
They say to sit in front of a bright white light (that mimics sunlight) for an hour a day, but who has time for that!?
I find that a leisurely stroll all by myself when it's sunny outside helps boost my mood.
Good luck to you!

It is a sort of depression or anxiety. Try with some natural serotonine boosters like chocolate, some coffee or nuts. If you still feel down, think about visiting a doctor, they will make an accurate diagnose and probably prescribe you with something that will normalize you.

I don't know whether this will help you or not but it seems to be helping a lot of people who have health problems. I will give you the source and it's for you to read and evaluate it. Hope it will help you recover from your illness. You need to see the testimonials. Let me know if you recover. Bye and take care.

Get a tanning membership. If all else fails, consider seeing a physician - who may put you on some variant of an SSRI.
