Dairy products could be your problem. People can develop a lactose intolerance at any age, not just birth. If it persists without the dairy in your diet it could be a stomach virus, which can last for up two weeks. It's rare but ti can happen. Or you could have Irritable Bowel Syndrome or something like that. Go to the Web MD Symptom checker at:

www.webmd.com

That always helps me out.

You need to make sure you don't get dehydrated so SIP weak tea or ginger ale or warm, room temperature coca cola. You should try to abide by the BRAT diet until your stomach has time to rest and your intestines aren't so irritated. BRAT is bananas, rice, applesauce, tea or toast (sometimes crackers - unsalted or just lightly). Only take in small amounts at a time so you don't overload an already irritated system. If you don't see improvement within 24 hours you should contact a doctor or sooner if you get worse. Good luck and God Bless.

You might have a virus or flu, which can leave you feeling like that. Try soft foods like oatmeal or mashed potatoes, toast and butter, fruit juices and broths. Take small sips and spoonfuls, one by one, over a long time. Get lots of rest. If you don't feel better, get to a doctor.

STAY AWAY from dairy products that is what makes it worse.

Just eat solid good foods, not a bunch of junk. Drink lots and lots of fluids, because if don't you will get dehydrated or a bladder infection.
