imagine getting up early and going for an invigorating walk before work. but the bed is so much more comfortable. is there a sensible way to overcome this?

Hello.

I have recently given up my addiction to marijuana (About four days ago)

I was wondering, how come i feel weird, like, i dont feel the same, since i quit. i feel more aggrssive, more anxious, more anxiety, more depression, and i feel more pressured.

How long will these feelings last for? until all the THC is gone from my body? or when?

Please help

This happened some 7 years ago and my wife just told me about this incident .My brother was 15-16 yrs old then . My brother did tear off my wife from family photos . when confronted by my Sisters to explain why , he could not say .

I am worried that he could be habouring hate for my Wife even though now they appear to relate to each other well .

my mom takes 9 differnt pills for bipolar and has ins. but 15.00 copay is wiping her out monthly so she doesn't take half of them but she needs to any help out hter for funding ot other part of the money??

when i straighten my hair it has to be dead straight and if the slightest bit goes wavy i put all of my hair up. also when i have crayons or pens etc i have to put them in a certain order before i can use them, i have loads of other little obsessions aswell. is it possible that it could have OCD?

My friend's mother is schizophrenic and she has stopped taking her medicine, paying the electric bill, and does various extreme things that go with her illness (picking fights with neighbors, making up stories, etc.). Though she has not become physically harmful (yet), they are afraid that she will put herself in a situation where she can be. She has not been to the doctor in a year and refuses. Can they check her into a hospital?

My father , Now 91 years of age, has the following probems :

1. does all sorts of wrong things (even immoral like lying) to attract attention of other family members.

2. Has become very irritable even though he is dependent on others for his day to day activities like bathing, hyegine etc.
3. Has become one track mind regarding his eating habits - e.g. if he starts eating chinese , he will want it daily... gets addicted to soft driks etc etc

IS someone having such prblems. are these problems age related . AND we have to live with them?

i have a great partner and a beautiful 2 year old daughter but sometimes i feel so frustrated with everything,the smallest thing will really cause me to lose my temper,i have thought about asking my gp for anger management as i feel i hold a lot of anger about a lot of things.
it's got worse since i had my baby as it was a very traumatic birth.
i feel my gp will just think i'm over reacting about nothing.

Do these WHINERS realize how stupid they look when others have it much worse than them? Jesus Christ, some people have a lot of growing up to do. Or some CEO of a major corporation, knowingly releases a defective product that injures and kills many people? or a CEO that decides to dump harmful chemicals in the back lot of his company causing thousands of people to develope cancer and other health issues over the course of 5 to 10 years? or A military commander makes a risky and unnesseccary battlefield maneuver during combat getting several of his men killed? A medical worker accidently infects 300+ people with HIV? A Drunk driver that hits and kills a person?
When would suicide be acceptable?

'Ello guys, i've been away from my university because of depression for some weeks now, and my specialist suggests it would be good for me 2 go back for a couple of weeks b4 the holidays and see some friends for company ( it would cheer me up.) but i'm begining to feel abit anxious, i WANT to go back but i'm afraid i wont be able to handle it; work, sport, people, pressuer. as well as depression i've missed out on sports and stuff ,that gets me down more. what happened to my life?

Sometimes late at night when im online and when im awake.Im not really sleepy or tired and don't want to go to bed I feel like im lost in limbo waiting for something.I get online but can't really find anything interesting to do ,I try to find something on tv but not really anything intereting there and not really interested in anything but dont feel sleepy so you feel kind of like the world is revolving around you and your not into it?This isn't an advice question its just I wanted to know if anyone else ever feels this way?
