I have tried Ambien , Tyelnol pm, Excedrin pm, and even Goodys pm
Valium, and every nite at about 2am I wake up and can not go back to sleep. Help!!!!!

I get like this and wonder if anyone else does. How do you overcome it? I'm working with a lady who wears very strong perfume and it gets right down my throat.

its been going on for a while and no matter how early i get up i cant go too bed that night. Even if i only get 2 hours of sleep. maybe im stressed .. but i really dont think i am! .. help me try and figure this out please! Thanks!

I'm drunk too but not that drunk, she threw up everywhere, tried to stand up and then hit her head on a ledge when she fell back down. She's breathing okay, I try to wake her up and take her to the bathroom but she can't move. Should I just let her stay on the floor or try to move her?

For vicodin....Can drinking vinegar or pickle juice increase your chances of passing a drug test? If so...how much do you drink and for how long before your drug test?........Also...will drinking alot of water get it out quicker?

I live in a very loud neighborhood in a popular college town in FL... so i use ear plugs every night to avoid the noise and sleep peacefully. Is it safe on my ears? I change them like every 3-5 days but i'm afraid that it could cause some type of damage to my ears. Am i more prone to ear infections? Please let me know because i've searched online and there's little information on the long term use of ear plugs. I think ear plugs are a lot better than sleeping pills. Thanks!

about a month ago i moved into this apartment that is on stilts well i have to go up two flight of stairs to get to my door, well ever since then I have been having this really bad knee pain when I'm at work i bend down and have to take a second to get back up.. I'm only 25 I'm a little over my weight I'm 5'7 and 190..oh but when I'm at home it doesnt bother me as much I guess cause I'm not walking around on it or I'm not on my feet all the time like when I'm at work...could this be arthris or something else?

I'm trying to stop smoking and i'm having a very hard time coping with the withdraws. What did you do to keep from smoking during the time you made the effort to stop for good? I would really want to know if there's something i could do besides eat up my house and home to keep my mind off the cigs?

For example, if you ate chicken, then had cake, and then you had a sandwich, would you vomit up the sandwich first, and when the sandwich is all gone, the cake, and then the chicken?
Or is there still a bunch of sandwich left by the time you get to seeing the chicken?
I guess my question is, if I vomit and I see my chicken, is my cake and sandwich completely out of me?

I know they can vary but variations might have the same underlying need.

I personally feel that the light on makes me feel visible and vulnerable, but someone else might feel vulnerable if their light is off. I also like to wake naturally rather than with an alarm.

I was in the shower and I had my little one in her toy by the door. I stepped out of the shower and my smoke/carbon monoxide alarm was going off ( sounded like a loud car horn). So I threw on a towel and got my little one outside. I noticed that there was this really funcky smell in the house and the air was really heavy. There was no fire or any smoke. About after 5 min. it finally shut off. See I have a floor furniace, so not sure if that is what was causing this. I am scared that it might off detected some carbon monoxide. I looked threw my book for the alarm and it says nothing about the sound that I heard, just beeps. So has this ever happend to anyone?? And what can I do to make sure my house is still a safe place to be excpessally for my little one. Also I have a cat and he was in the house. This happend on Sat. and today is Wed. and he is really sick. Won't eat really weak, eyes are matting shut and his drull is kindoff sticky like. So could that be from the smell
