I have bad allergies and i'm on anti biotics could that be it? hmn.....

Your nerves are responsible. If the tingling and numbness persists for a while or if there is burning that's a bad sign and you should consult your doctor.
But nerves are like the electricity of our body and cause those sensations.

antibiotics cause yeast infections, they thrive on sugar and soft carb diet. Blood circulation may have been affected, and if it is left hand, it indicates reduced ejection fraction by heart.
There are herbal medications, best taken after consulting a vaidya/herbalist.
Another possibility is nervous system signal flow disturbances, early warning for parkinsonism, MS etc. visit a herbalist/naturopath/ayurvedist

Could be the beginning of neuropathy. I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet and legs.
Are you diabetic?
