I have bad allergies and i'm on anti biotics could that be it? hmn.....

Your nerves are responsible. If the tingling and numbness persists for a while or if there is burning that's a bad sign and you should consult your doctor.

But nerves are like the electricity of our body and cause those sensations.

There are herbal medications, best taken after consulting a vaidya/herbalist.

Another possibility is nervous system signal flow disturbances, early warning for parkinsonism, MS etc. visit a herbalist/naturopath/ayurvedist

Could be the beginning of neuropathy. I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet and legs.
Are you diabetic?
