Take B vitamins, and eat salads, and tuna skroodle - really great way to keep energized.
Also, limit how much you sleep - try not to sleep for more than 8-9 hours, and when you are sleeping, make sure there is no radio or tv on because those things drain the energy you gain from sleeping.

go to a doctor and get checked out, you could have an iron deficiency or a virus, if your diet and lifestyle is otherwise healthy you need to seek medical advice
