its been going on for a while and no matter how early i get up i cant go too bed that night. Even if i only get 2 hours of sleep. maybe im stressed .. but i really dont think i am! .. help me try and figure this out please! Thanks!

Just try staying up a really long time. I know how hard it is to get sleeping patterns on track. Sometimes to just have to stay up for 24 hours and then you're so tired you have to go to sleep.

For the last few months I have only been getting a few hours of sleep. Here's what helped me.

1. No matter how sleepy you are, don't nap in the daytime.
2. Only go to bed to sleep, don't lay in the bed and watch tv, read, eat, etc.
3. Get in the bed, turn off the lights, tv, etc. Just continue to lay there. Try to relax your mind. If you begin to think about anything at all make yourself stop and try to focus on nothing except being relaxed and sleep.
4. Try a warm bath or a warm shower right before bed.
