I was like that and Im a woman and I had a thyroid problem

It sort of sounds like you are going through menopause but you didn't say how old you are so not real sure about that.....you do get "hot flashes" when you go through menopause but don't think you urinate a lot......so the best thing to do is to go to the Dr. and see what's wrong.

There might be some kind of infection, or some other health problem, probably a good idea to go to the doctor.

get your blood sugar checked.
Don't drink alcohol or eat lots of sweets before bed.
Do what you can to reduce stress.
