I am addicted to caffiene. I am so addicted that no amount seems to affect me anymore. I drink coffee, energy drinks or soda constantly when I'm awake, really. I work 3rd shift, but that really has nothing to do with my intake. I just started that shift. I've adjusted pretty well. But I take stacker type pills on top of energy drinks and coffee but I feel that it has no effect on me. I quit smoking over a year ago, but I just refuse to give up caffiene. I am seriously addicted. I dont drink alcohol or have any other negative vice. I love anything with caffiene in it. I can drink caffiene up until i go to bed and fall asleep just fine. This has been on going for YEARS. I'm 29 and pretty darn healthy, I go to the gym and try to eat healthy. I guess what I'm asking is, is too much caffiene really bad for you, or just sort of bad, or not bad at all? What are the long term effects? Thanks.

i was at the beach today and it was really windy at times, and noticed there was sand in my ears. i dont know if it got in the canal and i don't want to use qtips because that might push it in more. what is the best way to remove sand without trapping it inside the ear and without damaging the eardrum or causing ear infections?

He claims he can't stop. I don't know how to help him. What could happen to him? Could this kill him? He's been complaining about headaches now. Could it be from the lack of sleep or could he be on the verge of a stroke? Please help me. I really need some serious advice. Is there anything he could take to help him stop or deal with the withdrawal better?

Did you know that your body needs a break from tight clothing, and that by sleeping naked your body gets a breath of fresh air to it, that is healthier than wearing pajamas to bed?

My 6 year old daughter got a chicken pox vaccine two days ago. The site of the shot has become large, swollen and very red as well as hot to the touch. No other symptons, she acts and appears just normal and fine as can be. After calling the Dr's office yesterday, they instructed me to give her children's tylenol and to bring her in if the red area/reaction got to be bigger than 2 inches. That occurred this morning, upon checking it, it had grown considerably so I took her to the Dr. Dr. prescribed an antiobiodic and suggest motrin. Dr. also drew a circle around the affected area/red mark and told me that if it grew any larger to bring her back in tomorrow. It has been 5 hours since she got her first dose of the antiobiodic and motrin and the spot has expanded outside of the circle the Dr. drew around the area earier this afternoon by about a half inch. Has anyone else ever heard of a child having such a reaction with no other side effects with this vaccine?

Ok I smoke now but 5 years ago I quit.It lasted for 2 years and trouble happened and I started again.Hubby was in wreck, and other things went wrong. He was told then to quit but didn't and he actually talked me into starting again.(long story).Today he had a smirk on and told me he is quitting. He said in 2 days he only had 6 cigs.He implyed it was funny that I smoke and he don't.For 2 days he don't It was very hard for me before and I cant breath when I think about quitting now.Why is he being so smug about this. Why would he act this way when he knows that if he would have kept his mouth off of me before I wouldn't be smooking now.

I've quit smoking! Finally after a pack a day for 25 yrs. It's the hardest thing I've ever done. It's been 2 weeks today, and it's still a struggle to get throught the day. I've changed my habits..(I have coffee in a different place in the morning)..I instantly get up after dinner and do something...i've joined a gym, and I keep my conversations on the phone short..I don't drink alcohol, and when I do..it's minimal.
I love the way I smell....my hair smells clean still at the end of the day...and my house needs a major cleaning..my sense of smell is incredible now!
But I still crave that damn cancer stick...every day. Will that ever go away>>>please tell me it will.
