I finallly got some ambien cr and took it at 9..woke up at 11 and thats it....im up this sucks. i havent sleept in weeks

Try taking a bath or shower with lavender, and then, maybe try some tylenol PM....took some of that once, and I was out!

I went and read back on a few of your questions and if you are suffering from acid reflux then that right there is enough to disturb your sleep.

I suggest first of all that you stay away from caffeine. carbonated drinks, dairy, grease, and spices after 6PM. Especially stay away from that caffein as it will keep your mind running.

If all this does not help then get something for the tummy from the doctor.

I haven't slept since they changed the time again. I am staying up until 3-4 am and have to get up Sat. at 4:30 to work. Ouch.

The only thing that helps me sleep is weed and thats that
its natural and i sleep if i wake i have another. no other counter drug works 4me
