Is he snorting it? Cause when you snort it for a long time it gives you like a sinusy headache for obvious reasons. Any cocaine can hurt you, it depends on how much he is taking and how often. He can't stop because if you do it for a while and then try to stop you feel depressed like your life sucks and when you do the coke again you feel happy.
Tell him to go to the doctor, they can't report him or anything, and they will probably send him somewhere to rehydrate him and make him feel comfortable for a few days if he is willing to stop doing it.

He is a drug addict. He is sick and will need a lot of help to get better from this.Tell his family. He must seek professional help. His loved ones can stage what's known as an 'intervention' and try to get him into a treatment program. Do not underestimate the seriousness of the situation. Do not think that you can do anything for him alone: you are not qualified. His cocaine use is chronic and could cause heart failure. Long-term it could cause a whole host of physical, psychological, social and spiritual problems for him. He is lucky to have someone like you watching out for him. Do not keep this a secret: this would be called 'enabling' his addiction and will only cause more pain for him in the long term. Be strong. I wish you all the best. My heart goes out to you.
In the end you may have to accept that he will only get better when he is ready to: this shouldn't stop you trying to help him though. Don't forget to look after yourself. x

rehab would be a good idea
cocaine every day for 21 days does not sound very healthy. He can develop alot of diseases, so I suggest you get some sort of family intervention together. I am not aware of any withdrawal remedies but if he is really wanting to quit, just make him drink orange juice and sleep alot

I can feel your pain and I am with you in this. You want to help your good friend, but I am so sorry - there is not much you can do - except to report him to his parents (if underage) or take him to a doctor or a hospital or a rehab centre.
This will kill him. You got to do something even at the cost of losing his friendship. He will thank you later, trust me. But do it now.

When I was in high school, one of my friends was becoming anorexic. Against rules of being friends, I told a guidance counselor, who very rudely told her it was me that told. She was pi**ed at me for a very long time. However, she is alive and well today and we are very good friends at age 30. So if you want to see your cousin and hang out with him in another 15 years, tell someone that can help him. He needs to go to rehab where they know how to handle this situation.

The way to 'help' him... is with tough love... cocaine is illegal. You need to take him to a hospital, or rehab center. They can help him through withdrawal much better than if he's at home.

Not much there sweetie. Sorry to say it, but your best bet is to let nature run its course. Unless you put him in detox or something. Give him chocolate. That releases good endorphins in your brain. That'll help him. And with the headaches, caffeine works wonders. But with this addiction, he needs to admit to it, and has to want the help. Otherwise, it's useless. Good luck.

How old are you?
Yes, it could certainly injure him - perhaps profoundly and for life.
He needs to see a doctor immediately.
If you're kids, you should talk to his parents. It is better that you
lose his friendship than lose your friend.

I think it can kill you . He has a problem and he needs rehab. This problem is too big for you to handle on your own.

You can't make him stop. He has to want to stop.
