Is one bad over the other? Please only mature answers. My mom and me are curious!

It's just a difference in if you have a chemical "tag" on your blood cells or not.
One really isn't better over the other.

If you are negative, and you get a blood donation from a positive person, your body will attack those cells, and kill them.
If you are positive, you can receive either positive or negitve blood.
That's really the only advantage of having positive.

RH factor.
It was discovered years ago that some blood types were just incompatible - so they found there was a protein, RH, that was in the blood and was another factor in donation compatibility.
Your blood is either positive for the protein, or negative - it's not a value judgement - it just expresses whether or not it's there.

None are bad. However, having a positive blood type gives you a better chance at getting a blood transfusion that your body will accept.
