Did you know that your body needs a break from tight clothing, and that by sleeping naked your body gets a breath of fresh air to it, that is healthier than wearing pajamas to bed?

Yes it's good to allow your body some time to really breathe and relax. After the whole day in restrictive clothes it's nice to go au' naturele. Those bra straps are killers all day too. LOL

just make you feel relax ...wearing pajamas without under wears makes you feel the same too...but make sure that your bed and room are really clean ( without small insects ) before you lie naked.

That's why pajamas are loose fitting. Few people wear skintight catsuits to bed.

it;s just as healthy to wear loose pj's without underware,it's hard to sleep in the nude with kids around,i prefere my pj's and socks thank-you

Sleeping without underwear I understand, but sleeping naked regularly, no. Too many mites around.
