i am a vet student and i find anatomy to be the most difficult subject by far. I found that what i need to do is look at the cadavers over and over. It helps to study by having your lab partner or someone quiz you. Have them point out structures then you. Be able to say what they are (yeah I recognize that muscle and that nerve is near it but it won't help on the test if you don't know the full name). Also when working on a new section of the body in lab it helps to just jump back to something old and do a quick review. For me things make perfect sense in the book and in lecutre but in 3-D on the animal it is so hard to remember. I try to make up little mnemonic devices when i can. Sorry this wasn't much info. Overall though haveing other people quiz you has worked best for me (i was someone who always liked studying alone).

I am a massage therapist and we had to study anatomy,physiology,and kinesiology and what are you having trouble with?? I only studied for 15mins at a time and I only tried to study what I didn't know, Pls be more specific and I can help more.
