so for the past couple nights ive been getting night sweats around 12 @ night and im not sure what could cause that. nothing new has happened the heat in my house hasnt changed but i wake up just covered in sweat. i dont remember haveing any dream and im not sick. and i figure if i was gonna get sick i would b already considering i havve been having these night sweats for 3 or 4 days now. But im just wondering what could cause them.

hormonal changes
stress/anxiety thats not being relieved in the daytime

I would say that you could be expericeing anixeity, you say you r only 20 yrs. old so rule out menapause........ can you be worrying about somethiing?
Medications can cause these signs of night sweats but you didnt say you were on any.
Has the climate changed in your area?
If this persist plz go to your family doctor and let them run a few tests better safe than sorry

i had that happen to me a few months ago
i drank like atleast a liter to two liters of water b4 bed and figured out that if you drink too much water then at night you sweat it out. so maybe you drink too much

NOT KNOWING YOUR SEX I WOULD GUESS IF FEMALE - HORMONES, MEN? I DO NOT KNOW.... SEE YOUR DOC...NIGHT SWEATS CAN BE CAUSED BY MEDS TOO
OR JUST A LITTLE FLU BUG... ARE YOU FEELING WELL OTHERWISE? HOPE IT GOES AWAY SOON.
