sorry idk the correct terms of this stuff....
what is that under your knee pitt? is it a bone? when you bend your knee while you are sitting and your feet touch the ground.. so about a 90 degree angle... there is a bone? is it a bone? and wat is it called?

I think you may mean the "hamstrings." Behind (or above) the knee, and on the sides of the lower thigh -- right?

Those are ligaments attaching the muscles of your thigh to the top of your shinbone.

I'm not sure what you're talking about, but the knee cap is the patella, the thigh bone is the femur, and the lower leg bones are the tibia and fibula. There are various "bumps" on bones that are normal, like the tibial tuberosity.
