No matter how early to bed I am, I can wake up after 4 hours and never got asleep again no matter how till morning. Why?

When I wake up each morning my whole body feels sore. I don't work out currently, so it's not from that. I stand all day at work, so my feet especially are really sore and hurt when I first get up, but the rest of my body is sore in the mornings as well. Could this be from my mattress? Should I get one of those memory foam ones? Or could the soreness be from something else?

I dont know why I let it go on, but for over the last 1 I have not been able to get rid of this glob of cold in my throat. I have even tried throwing up on purpose so that I can feel better. Im always coughing cause of whats in my throat , and i cant sleep at night cause it feels like im choaking on something. Now, I cant even talk. Ive takin thera flu one time but it didnt help, actually it took away my voice after that. I constantly try to cough it up but it wont come up. Please help so my days can be happier. Do not suggest the doctor i have no insurance and its not that serious

I went out for a Drink and a chinease meal with family last sunday night and in the early hours of monday morning I started being Violently sick, this went on for 10 hours straight every five min or so I was being sick. I felt ok the next day but that evening I had dirroeah and really bad stomach ache. It started coming and going and on thursday I seemed fine untill the evening Just lately if I eat anything remotly greasy or oily it sits on me and gives me hell, We went for a meal that night and as soon as I had eaten it went straight through me. Since then I've had the stomach ache and dirroeha really badly. The pain in my stomach is so bad I can't sleep properly at night. I have got IBS so I'm not really supposed to take anything for dirroeha. I went to see a DR on friday ( i couldn't see my own). He acted as like I was wasting mhis time I was trying to explain that I have IBS etc etc and he just printed off a perscription and gave it to me he didn't even explain what it was for IBs.

What can it be?... It is a sharp pain that comes and goes like every hour or so...it started yesterday. What can it be??? please any opinions? besides going to the doctor. The pain is right on the side of my forehead on the side of my right eyebrow. Thanks

blood in the eyeball. He doesn't have insurance so he can't go to the hospital. What could this be and how can he treat it?!? He is an adult, not a child and no, he hasn't been hit in the eye. This just came up out of no where.

I have chest pain everyday, at random times during the day. I guess its just heart burn since it runs in the family. But today, while i was having chest pain, my left arm felt heavy, sore, tingly, and went from warm to cold. It went away in about 30 minutes. But should i be concerned? How can i tell if this is heart burn, or heart problems?

Only after going to bed, waking with muscle spasms during the night. After hot shower in morning just fine until I go back to bed in the evening. Changing the softness or hardness of bed seems to be of no help. I am not sleeping good and I am 2 mos. away from health insurance and scared to go to a doctor because of what they might find (this now being a pre-existing condition. I am a 30 yr old female and 30 lbs. overweight.
