Hello Friend!
Offices are the places to work and they are not the places to sleep. Offices are the places to be worshipped and they are like Gods. Avoid laziness and try to perform the duties that are alloted sincerely.

I got sleepy after lunch so I crawled up under my desk for a nap. 2 hrs later my feet were being kicked by people trying to wake me up.........I'm diabetic that was why i almost passed out after eating the wrong foods. Make sure it's not your health.

Normally you can cut back on your carbohydrates during lunch meal. This will then be not so sleepy, also minimise the stomach tummy patch growing. Also, you can drink green/black tea to ease digestion and help to lose weight. Tea also has a little caffeine to help keep u awake

I do not think you are overload. You should wake up early in the morning at 5.30 or 6.00 and have a good morning walk / jog of say min. 45 minutes. That is going to make you fresh for day long.

If you can drink at your desk try some green tea. I think a chair of nails would keep you awake too.
