Best way side feet and legs parted with a pillow neck with a little round pillow and pillow at back perfect body alignment
Back is OK too but pillow under knees and little round pillow at head.
Worst is on your tummy throws hips shoulders and head and neck out of alignment My husband who is a Chiropractor says he makes a lot of money on these people because they keep re-injuring them selves by sleeping this way.

I was having alot of anxiety before sleeping and could not fall asleep. Had many many sleepless nights.
I was just playing with the program one afternoon and wanted to listen to the Power Nap track. Next thing I knew I was waking up! Fell right asleep without trying. After using the Fall Asleep track, I could fall asleep right away. But I didn't realize that I shouldn't be using that one all night. Switched to Whole Night and have been using it ever since.
I can go to sleep with ease now. I just lay and listen to the sounds and next thing I know I am waking up from a nice sleep. I don't suffer from lack of sleep anymore. I keep an IPod with earbuds next to my bed and take it ALWAYS when traveling. The earbuds help block out ambient noise and the sleep tracks keep me sleeping sound :)
Reboot your brain & sleep soundly again?

You can often relieve the mild pain, swelling and inflammation of hemorrhoids with home treatments. Often these are the only treatments needed https://tr.im/fRQlR
With these treatments, hemorrhoid symptoms often go away within a week. See your doctor if you don't get relief in a week, or sooner if you have severe pain or bleeding.

I like to sleep on my stomach, but I move around. A physical therapist told me that it was better for your back, too. But if you have neck problems, it isn't good. A woman is often uncomfortable in that position. Sleeping on the back can be bad for those with breathing problems. But babies should always be put to bed on their backs to reduce the chance of SIDS.

I always sleep on my side, its the most comfy. If you sleep on your stomach you wake up with aches in your neck and sleeping on your back...well its just not comfortable. I don't know which one is better for your health though

I was told that it is better to sleep on your back. A person tends to snore while in this position though. The stomach is the worst because it is hard on the heart.

I don't think it matters unless you're pregnant, in which case it needs to be on the side as "studies" show lying on yor stomach can cause the baby's weight to push on major arteries.
I do wonder now though if someone with any breathing problems should not sleep on thir back......

No one way of sleeping is perfect. Different people sleep in different postures. If you mean any medical problems associated with a certain posture in sleep, let me tell you that no one posture is contraindicated, so feel free to sleep as you like.
