I sleep with my eyes open, and as soon as i wake up I'm more tired than I was when I went to bed. Does anyone know how to fix my sleeping problems. If you know of any ways to help me if you could tell me what they are that would be great.

while i was on holiday in Morocco, i bought black cumin seeds, and when you rub them in a muslin cloth, they are very aromatic. i remember the pharmacist saying that the aroma cured headaches, but can't remember anything else

I have been sick with flu-like symptoms for 3 days. My grandsons had it first; dirrea, volmiting, low-grade temperture. Since they were better in 2 days and I'm still sick, my daughter thinks its a new diabetic (Byetta) medication, which can cause the similar side-effects. I've been on the new medication for a month and I haven't shown any problems until now. Coud I still have the flu?

I have posted a simliar question about sleeping problem before. I can't sleep at night. The best answer i got last time was because I don't move around as much. But i tried that. I tried to walk around, stretch, or just move around as much as possible and i still cant sleep at night. I would wake up every 20-30 min and i will wake up complete in 2 hours. Then i would have to roll around or get up and read or something to fall back asleep for another hour. I am so tired. What should i do? i took sleeping pills before and it didnt work either....

Of course, it is said that "You shouldnt drive" after anesthetic, but my question is not whether you should or shouldn't. Can someone drive after they are given a small dose of general anesthetic for a 15 minute operation, and after he/she recovers from it and discharged from the hospital the same day? How hard would it be? Is there anyone out there who tried driving?

I heard that the UV lights help to boost your mood. What are the other pros. I'm aware of the cons and I don't intend on using them to become leather face.

I was just wondering if animals do have the same propensities as humans with regard to our muscles when not being used. Cite studies if any are known.

Hi. I am full-time student who goes to major university at Chicago (DEPAUL). Should I get Aetna IL Preventitive and Hospitalization plan for $48 per month ($1250 deductible, coin 20%, coin max $2500) or IL 5000 ($5000 deductible, but has copays for doctors and specialist before deductible for $49 per month, same coin and coin max). Or should I get BCBSIL for $43 per m ($2500 deductible, 20%, but only $1000 out-of packet max).

I am with no health insurance- I only have health plan provided by my school ($80 per quarter) that covers the visit to internal medicine doctor (no refferals to specialists). My parents don't have insurance. I am currently 19 and work part-time (little dangerous job as I work at stockroom with heavy lifts sometimes). I already have from Aetna provided by my schoo lcheap vision dental discount plan.

And by the way can I apply for medicaid on my own or I must as family? I am still depentent and live with parents.

This is quite a traumatic experience and I would appreciate hearing of yours. I was tied up ( the kind like a diaper with ties that go underneath the bed and you can't get up even for your need to go to the toilet). I went through this after an attack of epilepsy and for my protection the nurse said, I was tied for three everlasting days in that position because they thought I had tried to get up which was not the case. I sleep with my feet hanging at the end of the bed. And everyone knows how horrible that can be when you need to go and you have to hold it until someone comes and they don't... The result is extremely humiliating and some employees are not very nice in handling you. I wouldn't wish that to happen to my worst ennemy!
Have you ever had to go through this ?
Thank you very much for sharing.

I go to sleep at 10-11 every night and have to get up about 6:30. My live-with boyfriend gets up at 6 and takes a shower etc. Then he tryes to wake me up. Well, I don't really have control over myself, I guess I'm still mentally asleep. But I scream bloody-murder, cus, kick and punch... yah, I'm downright violent. The more aggressive he gets to worse I am. Eventually, I come to my senses and drag my hiney out of bed. But then, until I've had my breakfast, I'm the living devil. It's gotten to the point that he's scared of me in the morning and it's starting to seriously affect our realationship. If I try to wake up on my own it just doesn't happen. If I have some good motivation I'm better. But thats not often. Just thinking about getting up and trying to motivate myself is virtually useless. My poor boyfriend and I are in desperate need of help!!! Would finding and working with a therapist with knowledge in this area be useful?
