Understand that the body holds a tremendous, generally untapped capacity to heal itself. / No need to overexercise, just guard against physical laziness. Stretch like a cat to keep limber. Pay special attention to your spine and make it 'crack'. / To stave off wrinkles, use a little Vaseline around the eyes (and whole face if desired) at night. / Minimize hair loss by keeping a clean scalp and avoiding hats (create too much scalp heat), other than in extreme cold or sun. / Laugh and seek out humorous and delightful situations as often as possible. / Eat only enough to appease hunger. / Pay attention to your breathing (a new idea!). / Cultivate cleanliness and clean (living) habits since they slow and prevent infection. / Find a copy of the 'Desiderata', frame it and commit it to memory.

I'm 31 years old and I'm liveing each day like its my laugh .. I love my son I play each day like a child with him .. And I enjoy every moment that I have with him ....

I do all the things I love and some that I never tried before ... I figure I pay my bills and what ever is left over I am happy to just go to a movie and watch something that would make me laugh or scare me ..

I celebrate each holiday with a smile and never shop at the normal hours but 3 am in the morning because they are stocking the shelves at that time and no one is at the store...

I eat snow when it first comes ....

There is so much you could do just jump with both feet and go.

The biggest factor in aging is stress. If you can reduce or avoid stress (a great way to do this is through meditation), eat well but light (research has shown that the less you eat the longer you can live), moderate exercise, drink adequate amounts of water and, most of all, get plenty of sleep. Also, having a positive attitude regarding everything works (which, in turn, helps to reduce stress).

Do what you like and don't worry about it. I'm convinced that the guilt associated with doing what most consider wrong is far more dangerous to our health than the actual act of going against the grain.
