If you're serious, I can tell you: Get off the computer and exercise! Get your heart rate up with an aerobic type exercise and keep it elevated for at least thirty minutes every day. Eat a low fat, high fiber diet with very little red meat or pork. Keep well hydrated. This will get you started and can be refined as you get into your new life-style. Good luck!

In my experience with severe fatigue you should look into possible causes.
Eat many regular small meals a day, drink plenty, get plenty of rest. Avoid sugar, caffeine, alchohol.
B vitamins are usually helpful.
Yeast is often a big contributor of yeast....so things that feed yeast like sugar and carbohydrates don't help but probiotics may...such as yogurt.

Ginseng
Ginger
cinnamon
Ginkgo Biloba
Sunflower seeds
licorice
quercetin

Exercise that raises your heart rate also boosts your energy level. It sounds bogus but it's true. After a workout or even a brisk walk, you feel ready to take on the world! Whereas if all you do is lie around and "rest," you will be too tired to get off your well-rested butt.

Try a multivitamin supplement. All you have to do is take a vitamin once a day with one of your meals. The chewy gummy ones are fun to take.
