Suck on something cold and give it time. The tongue heals very quickly (lots of blood vessels)

Believe it or not, use something like Mylanta, it coats your tongue and soothes it, can just gargle with it.

oh gosh! hmm lets see... aha i can help you on this one. take cold water with 6 ice cubes but dont swallow it, hold it in your mouth for about 3 minutes and vomit it out. then chew a gum(best gum would be orbits) and then sleep for 5 hours and when you wake up it will be way out gone!
