I work in a hospital as a nurse, when i was in nursing school doing my clinical at another hospital there was actually an eye surgeon who had shaky hands, I'm not exactly sure of the reason why but it's some condition, anyway the word is that when it comes to preforming his surgeries his focus is so deep that the shaking isn't a factor when he is preforming surgery, and to say the least he's been there a while and done thousands of surgeries, I actually observed an eye surgery that he did as a student and you couldn't even tell.

Well, nothing stops you from being a surgeon but you have to see how many people would want to get operated by you :-)

I hope you don't do this. you may hurt many patients and harm them. Please if you have this ailment, choose another career.
A surgeon of any type needs a firm steady grip in his hands and a calm demeanor and confidence.
Please don't do it.
