My husband just got a new job and it gives him 3 options for health care-

United Healthcare (POS) $17/month

United Healthcare (EPO) $14/month

Blue Cross/Blue Shield (EPO) $14/month

Is anyone of them better than the other? Which would be a good option? ANY advice would help, Thank You!!

I'm exhausted throught the day, i yawn and frequently lie my head down, but when it comes time to actually sleep, i have trouble falling asleep (often i feel energized and gittery) also on the rare occasion i do fall asleep, i don't stay asleep, I often wake up 2-4 hours later and once again have difficulty getting back to sleep. After sleep i almost never feel energized. I try to stay away from caffinated but lately i feel the need to rely on them to make it through the day. I'm in my late teens and have never had this problem until recently. If any one has any suggestions, please enlighten me!!

My roommate and I are looking forward to a special night coming up. We are planning on drinking 12 shots of vodka in 12 minutes, and I just want to make sure that throwing up is as bad as it can get. Note, we are far from lightweights. We have consumed as much alcohol in an hour with results no worse than poor memory the day following. We have also taken 6 shots in 10 seconds.

My point is, can 12 shots in 12 minutes result in anything worse than throwing up? Just trying to be safe:) (I realize there is irony in this question)

it's right by my right shoulder. first it was small and now i notice it grew.at first i thought it was a bug bit and it will go away. that's not the case. it hurts from time to time. it's hard and round. any one out there who might think they know want it could be.

My 5-year-old sister keeps complaining that her eyes hurt. She said this once yesterday, and this afternoon she was whining alot and kept complaining about her eyes. Around 4:00 she fell asleep but woke up again at 5 whining again. Any advice?

me and a couple of my friends went out drinking, and one of my friend got really drunk, when i was taking her back home, the resident advisors of the University (she leaves on campus) saw us and pretty much call the cops which in the end they call the hospital and abm. to take her away.. well, the whole time i was trying to get her to throw up and just take her to bed, but people keep butting in, (its non of their business)so they take her to the hospital less than a mile away!! (Down the street).. the doc tells me that "She did not need to come in, she is drunk, but she could of stayed home and slept it off"well in the bill they charged her $800.00, even the hospital charged her for bedsheets, pillow case, Latex Gloves and all she did was SLEEP, the Amb. charged her a **** load too! 25.00 for Gas (1 Mile) but its NOT A mile away at ALL, SHe is international Student, and has a form of insurance, but still, can i get a written statement with the doc. and fight this off and refuse to pay

I took my daughter to the doctor a few days ago and the doc thought she had strep throat so he prescribed an antibiotic. Well today I got a call saying the test came back negative for strep. She was running a 102 fever with it though. And now for the past 2 days I have had an extremely sore throat. I cannot even eat because it hurts so bad. But it isn't strep the doc says. And I am running a little fever too (100). The doc says it could be sinus drainage or my allergies or a virus. But it has never hurt like this before. What else could it be? What do you think? I also have a headache.

I am 41 and was diagnosed with chrondro-malatia patella two years ago and will need a knew knee cap doctor wants me to wait 10 yrs saying iam to young to have the procedure meanwhile iam on Oxycodone 4 tabs daily. I do not take maximum dosage and only take when I can't function to do my daily task work etc.

Would you call out of work??
I am dizzy and very nauseous (but no fever) and since my work is an active job, I have to be on my toes the whole time. I want to call out but i already called out 4 different times this year. is that alot to you?

Im only 39, halfway thru Menopause, stay at home mum, but everyday I wake exhausted, drag myself throughout the day, working at home through the domestic chores. Well my girlfriend or ex w/e she is considerd right now has high blood pressure around 142 last time checked then when she broke up with me i guess she had got it really high mabey from shock.? of what she did or w/e well cant really tell because i was not her .. well at that time she got it high around 150 something well i am worried. so thats why i am asking if its bad how bad.. or if theres anything that can prevent it or make it lower.? is it because of stress.? and can her being hyper or excited or really happy can that cause it 2.? how bad can it do.? is there anyway i can help her with this.? ... And also could it rise when shes depressed for someone else.? for example my grandpa dieing.?
