get up at 8:00 jog for 30Min, take a shower & dry my hair.
Eat breakfast: coffee & yogurt creal bar..
eat lean meat & vegi for lunch,
eat an apple a day
eat 40% full for dinner.
do not drink water or eat food 4 hours before go to bed
Jump rope for 30mins before sleep..
yoga once a week

get up...go to work...come home... go to bed...day after day after day then the weekend then its like PARTY!!!!!
