Would you call out of work??
I am dizzy and very nauseous (but no fever) and since my work is an active job, I have to be on my toes the whole time. I want to call out but i already called out 4 different times this year. is that alot to you?
I dont have a fever.

If you really feel like you could fall down, I would call in sick and explain the situation. I don't think 4 call-ins for a year is that much. If they really hassle you about it, go on into work and if a "spell" happens they will see how sick you are. Also, is it possible that you could be pregnant?

I would suggest that you make an appointment with your doctor. You may have an inner ear infection that isn't causing you "ear ache" pain, but is throwing your balance off. Inside your ear is a little thing kind of like a ball bearing that rolls around to keep you on balance, otherwise when we bend over we'd fall down all the time. This is why some people get car sick and sea sick because their little ball bearing is kinda slow to react.

4 times in one year is not a lot. I would call out for the heck of it if I could but my job is to stay at home and watch 3 two year olds. Two of the I have custody of and the other is a third granddaughter that just happens to be the same age. But if I could call out, I would have today....

It depends on what your company's policies are. Have you tried taking some tylenol and laying down for a few minutes? That sometimes helps me when I have a dizzy spell. You could also have a migrane. Take some tylenol, call your work and say you don't think you'll be in. If you get to feeling better later, then go in. They will applaud you in showing up. =) Hope you get to feeling better!

I would maybe stay home and rest. If your company has issues about it, then go to one of those 'Urgent Care' centers, see a doctor (who'll probably suggest resting and taking it easy for a day or two), and make sure to get a note. That way, 1. You have written documentation from a medical professional advising that you stay home to rest, and 2. Legally, your company cannot hold it against you. :-) Hope you feel better.

4 time in 1 year is not alot. You should call off. Don't go to work if it isn't safe. You need to relax and be still until it goes away. If not go to the doctor tomorrow. Definitely call in

If you are dizzy then it isn't safe to drive.
Call your doctor and get checked out. Depending on why they can give anivert for dizziness and in turn stops the nausea.

I would try and find a solution. Like drinking some water. Dizzyness and nauseousness could be from dehydration. If you are still not better then......4 seems a lot if done close together. But not that bad if done throughout the entire year.
