HELP.... SORE THROAT... AND CLOGGED NOSE... I NEED RELIEF THAT REALLY WORKS FOR BOTH SYMPTOMS

I know....too much info. But lately, my pee is a bright yellow, neon color. Its not cloudy or anything. Its still pretty clear looking, just looks like a neon yellow, or someone shining a neon yellow light into a glass of water.

My diet and water intake hasnt changed. So why has the color of my pee?

When its bright enough outside, and i am looking at something, there seems to be 'water spots' on my eyes. If i blink a few times, or look at somethign else, they seem to go away for the time being. I had a eye doctors appointment about 2 years ago, and he said everything looked fine then. What could it be?

When I'm intimate with my bf I get a headache, even during foreplay, if we don't stop the headache get so bad I can't even function....anyone know what could be causing this?
