When its bright enough outside, and i am looking at something, there seems to be 'water spots' on my eyes. If i blink a few times, or look at somethign else, they seem to go away for the time being. I had a eye doctors appointment about 2 years ago, and he said everything looked fine then. What could it be?

If you mean you see dark spots when you look at the sky they're called floaters. Many people have them. You should get your eyes checked once a year and if you experience any sudden changes in vision.

Well, I am not quite sure but I would venture a guess and say it is either floaters or allergies...I have somethoing similar to what you described right now and have it every day due to my allergies...take an antihistamine or try some sort of allergy eyedrop(the drops have never helped me but 1000s of people use them)

Floaters are more like little spots in your eyes that are literaly tiny pieces of protein that sometime can be seen after things like a big weight loss or hanging upside down or a blow to the head...like shaking up a bottle with sediment in the bottom...then the sediment settles and it goes away...have a look..

Well I've actually spent some time on this, maybe thinking it's an external force, but really it's the same spots every time. To me it almost looks like bacteria, but I'm guessing it's just the way your eye is formed and you can't see it most the time but it's always there. I'm up for ideas though.
