Have you by chance started taking a multi-vitamin? I take one and one of the vitamins has done that to mine.
If it's not that, than maybe you aren't filtering something right through the filtering process. As long as you don't have any discomfort or anything, I wouldn't be too concerned.

Vitamin B and C could cause this. Your body passes extra nutrients that aren't necessary through your urine.

our you taking diet supplements they enhance the color of your pee,so do some fruits/veggies.it also could be the breakdown of some proteins may need to see Dr if it does not go back to normal.could be liver related.

If you are lately taking vitamins, it cud be due to that. If not, it cud be because of jaundice, too. Are your eyes and nails yellow? If so, go to your doc.
