I remember when I first put my contacts in, that was they day. It was hard at first b/c I was kinda scared to touch my eyes but I got used to it after a little while. (And my nails were about an inch long so I scratched it a couple times.) When you are about to put them in just make sure you relax. I usually take my middle finger of my hand and use to hold my bottom eyelid down. I use the index finger of the same hand to put the contact in/take it out . I use my middle finger of mt other hand to hold my top eyelid open. Make sure when you are holding the contact, it is centered right in the middle of your index finger. Don't worry you get used to it so fast. Make sure you always put it in on the right side, I remember I used to put it in inside out and I had to start all over.

I remember those days. I've worn contacts for a good 15 years now. But the first few times are a pain, just remember it gets easier each time and soon will be a piece of cake. What I remember I did wrong is I looked straight at the contact when putting it in. So my reaction was to blink. So instead get the contact all ready on your finger tip. Look into the mirror and stare into your own eye and not at the contact. You'll see you're hand and contact off in the reflection and slowly put it in looking straight ahead. You'll get it down.

If your eyes are sore, then don't put your contacts in.. It could make your eyes feel worse. But when they feel better, put the contact on you pointer finger, and use the middle finger to gentally pull down your lower lid, and then pointer finger, on your other hand to lift your upper lid. With the contact on your finger, open up your eyes and look up to the ceiling. Place the contact on you eye and kinda move it around. To get the contact off my finger, gentally tap my contact to my eye.. usually this works. Just remeber that this takes sometime to get confortable with. Pratice carefully, so not to hurt your eye. And remember to wash your hands before and after.. you never know whats' on your hands. Hope this helps.. if you have any other quesitons.. just im me or e-mail me

Make sure you put some solution on the contacts, then hold your eye open with your fingers over your lashes. Open your eyes as wide as possible. It's easy once you get the hang of it.

take your time. it took my son 1 hr to put one contact in. he went 3 times to the eye doctor for the fitting. each visited was about 2 hrs. finally he put both in and out about an hour. at first it took a long time. his doctor didn't let him take his contacts home. until he could put them in and out. now it take him about 1 min. just hand in there you'll get it.. your doctor shouldn't have let you take your contacts home. untill you pop them in and out.

make sure your finger is dry and the contact is moist. hold your lids from the lashes open firmly, Make sure you're putting a little pressure on your eye when you put the contact in. don't worry- it took me a week to get right.
