It is good that you stopped smoking for the the last 4 months. But if your lungs are not feeling better it means there is something serious about your lungs. I think you should go for further medical investigations before reaching any conclusion. Otherwise by this time you should have started feeling better.

It's just part of the process. Your lungs are still getting rid of the built up tar and toxins, give it a year...Do controlled deep breathing times ten every day.....Drink lots of water to cleanse your body but make sure it's good water, some cities have fairly poor water filtrations.....

Yes. By now the cilia (little hairlike things) are probably healed and are trying to move all the junk out of your lungs. Keep up the good work.

You are experiencing the withdrawal symptoms now. Hang on and you will be nicotine-free in your lungs. That will also lead to a healthier you and your family will be happier for you.

maybe they are craving the smoke. Dont give in.
I had a smoke for the first time in months at a party friday night and i felt really bad afterwards my body has completly quit smokin and craving, so if i can u can to.
