yes, there are quite a no. of them around, some of them like Man Fatt Tong Nursing Home, several of them under the salvation army, some of the private medical group also have a number of nursing home around the island, others like metta welfare association has day care rehab centres which does serve as a nursing home but doesn't let them stay overnight. Other private groups also have smaller nursing in certain parts of the housing estates. If anyone who is just discharge from hospital and needed help to recuperate in a nursing home, u can approach the social worker in the hospital who can also direct u to one.

Singapore is a giant nursing home... you get old and uncapable, u retire and then you move to Singapore and enjoy your second childhood in the sun... it's how the world works...
