Pulled my shoulder out, working, thought it would get better, but now it sounds like gravel is in it when I move it. I did not tell my boss, because I have only worked two months on the job.
What do I do? My daughter tells me, that if I go to a Doctor, that then the company I work for can claim it is a pre existing condition. I really want to keep my job, but also do not want to lose the use of my arm. Any advise will be helpfull

I'm scared to go to the doctors because I'm afraid that they will take my toe out and now its bandaged. It still hurts a little bit but I'm hoping that the toenail will re-attach itself. Can somebody please help me?

Ok... So, basically the story is, I was trying to do a trick on my skateboard and somehow it ended up between my legs o.O. It swelled up and I went to the ER.

They told me I had a hematoma on my labia majora. I stayed at the hospital overnight for a day and they sent me home. They gave me a Sitz bath which I have been using every night.

The hematoma is about the size of an orange.. literally. And it is black in color. Basically, what I am trying to figure out is what will make it heal faster? And an estimate on how long it will take to heal. One doctor says it will take about 6 full weeks to heal, while another doctor says that the majority of the swelling goes down in about a few days.

Any help or outside rescources on where to learn more will be really helpful. Thank you :)

i had to go to the hospital with severe cramping in my side and near my ovaries. they ran a lot of tests on me and then let me know that all of my tests were ok but before i left they let me know that a clip from my surgery years ago had fallen down to my right side but that was not what was causing me my pain or so they said . is it common for a clip to be left inside of someone and if so what are the complications from it ????? PLEASE HELP ME

Have a recurring soreness (actually its more like excruciatingly painful at times) on the left leg at the bottom of the shin down to the top of the foot- right under where the foot bends on the top side. (Can you tell I'm not a doctor!?!) Hurts worse after getting off the bike and doing a run. Any suggestions?...

I slipped and fell yesterday. I hit my right knee pretty hard on the floor, and I hit my left toes on the wall. My toes are black and blue, and my right knee is leaking clear fluid. The pain is excruciating!!!! Should I tough it out, or go to the hospital???

My b/f and I are waiting to hear the scheduled date of his hernia surgery. His hernia pains have always been on one side until today, now they are on both sides and he is in twice as much pain. Meanwhile, looking for suggestions on what to do for the pain.

my husband has recently claimed disability living allowance after badly breaking his ankle in a fall and his ankle not being fixed correctly he now can not walk without the aid of crutches and is in constant pain, he has become practicaly house bound now as the pain is so bad,i have to spend my days helping him get around the house he is unable to cook food as his ankle cannot take any weight bearing.we have been told by our doctors that the only thing that is possible now is to have the ankle fused next year sometime, does any one know if we are entitled to claim disabilty living allowance as we applied about 12 weeks ago and we have rang numerous times to just be told it is being delt with, we are worried as financialy we are starting to struggle and cant see any light at the end of the tunnel,
please help, we live in uk.

my friend has about 2 weeks taking steroids from his first cycle n now that he switched needle like new needles but lil bit bigger than the other ones he felt alot of pain while going in but as the guy finished giving him the shot he passed out n started to like shake a lil which some ppl say it can be a seizure but can it really be that or just the guy hit a nerve n thats why that happened? pls let me know cuz im worried about him THANKS

just severly sprained my ankle, she put me in a air cast to immobolize the ankle, and gave me crutches and said that the sprain was severe and to stay on crutches with no weight bearing for 3 weeks with air cast, also she told me to get slouch socks that are long and thick to put under air cast for comfort with air cast and wear the socks under the air cast until i dont have to wear air cast at alll. she said to put a pair of them on under air cast. DOes all this sound right, where can i get the slouch socks also? Does 3 weeks the right time to be on crutches and air cast? Then wear air cast and slouch socks for month when being active to prevent injuries until healed 100%

About a week ago I was stung by a sting ray on the bottom of my foot. after a few days i was feeling better and began to walk on it like normal. It stayed a little bruised and still a little swollen. Now, the bruise is completely gone, but for the past day and a half it has become more swollen and it itches like crazy. I don't think there is a barb stuck in there, when it happened a doctor checked it out and said it was fine. Is it doing this because it is healing or is it infected? my foot feels like a baloon (it doesn't look that way though)

when your chainsaw kicks and you absorb the kick and enguage the brake as you are supposed to and the just sharpened teeth drag across your leg you can get a nasty cut even thought the chain is not moving.

Last night i fell and hurt my shoulder. i was running and tripped or something. When I fell I managed to tuck and roll and came right up on my feet. I know I didn't plant my hands because they don't have a single cut, scrape, or scratch. However, my shoulder hurts pretty bad and I can't raise it very high. The nature of the pain is more soreness than real pain.

My question, based on what I just described, is whether you think it could be a serious injury or i more likely to just be soreness and bruising. I don't have a problem going to the doctor if I need to, but I don't want to waste the time or money if they can't do much more than put me in a sling (which I already have), tell me to keep it iced, and tell me to take ibuprofen.

I fell in a store on lotion that I sprayed on myself, Spray said try me, I learned the next day I have a hairline fracture on my tailbone. Store filled out an incident report, but I thought they should have at least called . t he next day to see how I was. Am i wrong to feel this way.?
