These are two different problems but to walk is increadibly painful, and even sitting hurts. Its the outside of my left foot and the pain runs almost to my ankle, possibly broken? and what can be done for it? (Fell into a half foot pot hole off a curb).
And I just started getting this wierd tremor thumping on my upper arm around my bicep. Feels like a fast strong heart beat and I can see my arm moveing.. what could this be?

Well I was practicing my karate in my private bedroom when my grandfather ran in with a glitter-ball gun and shot glitter right in my eye. Grandpa was proud, but the glitter-ball was as big as a golf ball. Since the accident I have been keeping my eye closed in fear that I might die if I open it. I would appreciate it if you would tell me what would happen if I opened my eye.
I reread what I wrote up there and it seems I did not have to mention my karate practicing. I heard from my grandpa that I am supposed to learn from the mistakes I make. If I had never made that mistake, I would not have learned a valuable lesson. I will keep my mentioning of my karate practacing as a memorial of that mistake, so that if someday I can't remember the lesson I learned from it, I can go back and review my mistake.
I would appreciate any advice about what to do about my glitter problem. Thank you, all of you, even though nobody has came to answer me as of yet. Oh dear, I am out of characaters....

My right upper arm, on the under side of it has hurt for almost two weeks. Through out the day, it comes and goes...and sometimes it's almost unbearable while other times it feels like hardly more than a twinge of pain. However, it doesn't hurt anymore when I stretch it or move it or put pressure on it. But seems to hurt most when it's just at my side. Although it does seem to hurt a little more sharply when I move it suddenly and quickly. It's not a kink or knot in the muscle, and it hasn't bruised. The pain feels achey, but kind of sharp as well. I'm not sure if it's the muscle or the bone, but it kinda just feels like that whole part of my arm, any ideas?

I'm gonna mention it at my physical here in a few days, but I just wanna know if you might have any ideas, so maybe I kinda know what I might be dealing with here.

Thank you.

My left heel has been painful after walking for a while now. The right one is quite normal and a day of walking doesn't bother it, but the left heel feels hot and sore towards the end of the day. Beyond this there is no obvious damage. What is this likely to be and beyond using an elasticated tube bandage to protect my heel, which I am doing, plus cushioned insoles in my shoes; how else do I sort this problem out?
(Resting my feet entirely is not an option as I'm a chef and hence on my feet all day.)

I know there would be different costs for different surgeries. It really doesn't matter to me. I just need a realistic number.

I've been walking anywhere from 7 - 10 miles 7 days a week for three months now. My toes had started to hurt. Never being an athlete, I had no idea about painful feet. Til now. Now I look closer and two toenails are discolored and the skin under one is red and swollen. So now I know I've got a serious problem, and it's Saturday, Dr's are off, and I would like to cure this myself.

Please advise the best method of treatment to cure this fast! I don't want to stop walking. I'm doing so good on my walking program! I've lost 15 pounds and about 10 inches! In three months.

I had been walking on some damp grass a few times as it had rained. I walk on uneven terrain, which I felt was better than the cement. But I think my shoes got wet and then the heat and humidity combined is probably laid the ground for a serious infection under my toenails. :( I need advice and fast! Many thanks in advance.

Several years ago I woke up in the morning finding a lock of my hair cut off in the back of my head. I couldn't explain it. And I am not a sleepwalker or anyone in my family. So I just forgot all about it. Then a couple of years later I've started noticing strange looking puncture/scoop marks of lighter color on my skin about 3-5mm in diameter. Recently I found similar mark on my kid's back.He always shows me new scratches, so I 'd put some neosporine on. I thought it was strange. Then once I woke up with a grid like pattern of oval shape about 2 inches in diameter on my shoulder, which looked like if I were pressing a hair brush against my skin real hard. The bruise faded away in a couple of days. Anyone has any clue? I am sure there is noone could enter our house unnoticed, we have an alarm. Besides it's been happening over the years and we've lived in different states. So there is no stalker involved, collecting souvenirs like my hair locks or skin samples. What is it?

I hurt my back on Tuesday this week during some exercise. It hurts where my back usually hurts if I fall on my butt, like the tailbone area. Advil/Tylenol don't help, and so far no stretches have either. It's improving, but very slowly, and I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to speed up the recovery. It tends to hurt more when I get up if I've been sitting and working for a while. When I get up to walk, it's quite sore and I take small steps for a second while I wait for it to ease off. So! What did I do to my back, and how do I fix it?

i fell down the stairs right onto my leg and automatically a massive lump bruise appeared (between my knee and foot right in the middle).. i didnt feel it coz i was that drunk... and now its been like probably over 8 months and i can still feel a small mark there and its really took months for the bruise to go away.
is it possible that i chipped a bit of my bone and it has heeled with cartilage grown over and that is the lump im feeling?

Hi, yesterday I knocked my elbow really hard on something. I doubt I actually broke a bone since I am able to bend my arm although it does hurt quite a lot. I wasnt really able to touch my shoulder without it hurting a lot but now the pain is slowly subsiding. However, my wrist is hurting and my fingers feel a bit funny. Is this normal? Should I get my arm looked at by the doctor or is it just going to clear up by itself?

I am a 22 year old, healthy girl with good eyesight but I keep bumping into things. For example, I will go to walk through a door and end up crashing into the frame. Not just occasionally, but about 10 times a day. My arms and legs are covered in bruises! It would be nice to have an explanation. I think it is somehow related to my spatial awareness.

I have only been experiencing it for the last month.

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Okay, so a little over 3 weeks ago I was riding a mountain bike and took a fall. I stuck out both my hands to break my fall, and ended up spraining my left wrist and breaking my left elbow. At the time, the palm of my right hand was a little swollen and touch sensitive, but I had assumed it was just bruised and told the doctor I didn't think it needed an X-ray. I have broken several bones before and it wasn't nearly as painful. Well, 3 weeks later my palm is still just as sensitive, even though my broken elbow has healed almost completely (It was a pretty minor fracture). The area where it is sensitive is right at the base of my hand or the "heel" of my palm. Is it possible that I fractured a bone, or is it more likely just a deep bruise? If it was fractured, how do they treat it? (Please don't just say "Get an X-Ray." I am just asking this question because I don't want to waste my time going in to the doctor's office if it is just a minor thing) Thanks.

I stubbed my big toe 5 days ago and it doesn't hurt much anymore but I have some concerns: I only have about half of my normal range of motion and it definately hurts if I try to force it farther. Also, there is a weird knot on top of the joint that feels as hard as bone under the skin, but it is not painful when I press on it. It was very painful when I stubbed it and I couldn't walk on it for a few days. No swelling, no bruising, but something definately doesn't feel right. I'd appreciate responses from those who have had similar experiences, or from medical professionals. Thanks for your help!

Hello, My brother has been in an accident 40 days ago. He was hit by a car, and head was badly injured. He is still in technical coma. I have few questions.
First one:My brother's right pupil didn't wok first 4 weeks, but it does now. Both pupil react very slow to the light. Why do you think it react so, and do you think pupils will react normally to the light again some time? After he wakes up? Or is it because of medicines?
Second question:Doctors say, my brother might not wake up again, that he might be in coma for a long time. What do you think, when he is going to wake up? By the way right side where he was hit, brain swelling is still hi.
Third question:He moves his hands, legs, and arms. By we were told that he might be paralyzed, what do you think? He reacts to pain.
Please help me out, if anybody know anything about head injury please give me contact information so I can contact you. My brother is very important to me and am really worried about him, please help. Thank you.
