Don't go I'm afraind. I'm in pretty much the same position now too! Can't go to jujitsu tonight because my foot is bruised from a surf accident. It's a pain! So heal fast and remember- if you open it up then thats even MORE time away from Muay Thai!

the reason for not removing the wrapped is because the would is very suceptible to get infected. It`s better to miss one session now rather than many latter for going to see the doctor. The would should be prevented from exterior contact at all cost for a couple of days until the wound has completely clotted.

If you're serious about this sport, this is a minor injury that you will suffer. Suck it up and go. This is a dangerous sport, and if you ever hope to go pro, a cut finger won't be able to stop you. If this is just a hobby, let the cut heal. you WILL injure it in class if you go tonight.

If the first-aider is not a doctor, then see a doctor and tell him what the first-aider told you. At least you know that it will be taken care of properly.

Dont go would be my advise you dont want to make things worse so the best bet would be not to do anything major that involves your hands and fingers. x x x

Don't go to your class. It is a one-off situation, and you need to care for your body before everything else.
